Package Tour with moose safari (2 nights)

Elverum/ Brumunddal: This package tour combines a moose safari in the deep forest of Eastern Norway with 2 nights at the Wood hotel by lake Mjøsa. This is how you experience the best from Eastern Norway!

PROGRAM

Day 1

Arrival and check-in at Wood Hotel, Brumunddal from 15.00/03.00 p.m.
Spend the rest of the day in Mjøsparken, a recreational area which is right next to the hotel. Perhaps you want to take a swim in lake Mjøsa?

Dinner can be enjoyed in the hotel's restaurant, at one of the eateries in Mjøsparken or in the city centre, which is only a 15-minute walk from the hotel (dinner is not included in the package price)
Accommodation in a standard room.

Day 2

Breakfast buffet in the hotel restaurant
Perhaps you'd like a morning bath or a walk to the city square for a coffee?
During the day you travel to Elverum (40 min by car/ 1h40 min by bus, number 100). Tickets to the Norwegian National Forest Museum are included in the package and it is no problem to spend several hours in this wonderfull museum.
At 18.00 you meet the guide from Finnskogen Adventures at the agreed place (depending on whether you have your own transport or not).
The moose safari takes about 3 hours.The guide brings an elk hound and accompanies you during the whole tour. Halvway through you have a rest with some snacks and coffee.

After the tour, you drive back to the hotel for the second overnight stay.

Day 3

Breakfast and check-out.
